Neil has been involved in construction around the lower mainland of Vancouver since the mid 1980's. Born into a construction family he is a carpenter by trade. After certification he furthered his education with a Diploma in Building Technology from BCIT. His involvement in residential and commercial construction ranges from physical hands on work to site supervision and project management. In 2000 he became President and partner of Double V Construction. During this time he headed business development and new construction. In 2008 he became a partner and Director of Projects for Season & Time. He is supervising construction on The Lakeview Villas Project in Salmon Arm.

Dean has over 25 years experience as an owner, director, manager and business development consultant. His international and domestic marketing & sales experience covers a wide range of industries including film, financial services, professional sports and real estate development. He is responsible for supervising the development and implementation of marketing programs.
